Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are determined by USPS and are based on the weight and destination of your package. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, while also ensuring that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner.

Shipping Times:
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Standard shipping times within the United States vary between 3-7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the shipping center. If your package has been confirmed delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping center directly to file a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached (when applicable). Items that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please dm us on Instagram @50fifty.co within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and specify the item you would like in exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.
